Job description
ncrease DP Worldâs talent and leadership bench strength by designing and implementing global development programmes aligned with the companyâs mission, vision and principles. Partner with senior business leaders and HR teams worldwide to contextualize talent management practices, foster behavioural change and embed a culture of continuous learning. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of talent and leadership solutionsâfrom strategic needs assessment and solution design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvementâleveraging digital learning, coaching, data analytics and external partnerships.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to HRBPs and senior leaders on talent and leadership capability
- Create short- and long-term strategic plans using adult development methodologies linked to business goals
- Design innovative talent and leadership frameworks and experiential programmes, including digital learning
- Formulate and implement evaluation strategies for normative and summative assessment of knowledge and skills
- Build toolkits and curate resources for on-the-job and social learning experiences
- Manage and track implementation of development practices through external providers and internal resources
- Facilitate high-impact learning experiences and provide ongoing coaching to leaders
- Evaluate solution impact using metrics and dashboards, and share insights with People Departments
- Partner with HRBPs to create a culture of growth and line-manager enablement
- Maintain talent data, support talent reviews, identify pipeline issues and support talent decisions
Experience & skills
- Proven track record managing and delivering leadership and talent development programmes
- Assessment and coaching qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in HR, Business or equivalent (Masterâs preferred)
- Experience in large-scale, global organizational talent and leadership development
- Commercial acumen and understanding of business processes
- Ability to design and facilitate learning interventions
- Experience collaborating with senior business unit management
- Multicultural environment experience
- Ability to travel at short notice
- Multilingual communication is highly beneficial
