Capabilities & Insights Analytics Analyst – Healthcare role based in Riyadh, part of consulting teams focusing on quantitative analyses and AI/ML approaches, continuously developing data-driven solutions and innovative approaches in healthcare analytics. The role involves working with healthcare clients including public bodies, health insurance companies, and healthcare providers, applying project management skills and stakeholder communication across diverse client environments. The analyst is responsible for handling large datasets, performing advanced data analysis and data modeling, and collaborating with Data Engineers to build and maintain proprietary platforms and solutions. The role includes developing dashboards and ML/AI models using Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Tableau, Power BI, Plotly, and low-code/no-code tools. It requires integration of healthcare domain knowledge including electronic health record structures, clinical terminologies such as ICD, CPT, SNOMED, and health data standards such as HL7 and FHIR. The position supports building healthcare assets, knowledge systems, and proprietary innovation portfolios while contributing to consulting engagements. The role operates in a high-performance consulting environment emphasizing AI/ML-driven healthcare analytics, data engineering collaboration, and development of scalable analytical and machine learning solutions for healthcare transformation and decision support systems.

Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end healthcare analytics engagements by executing advanced quantitative analysis, AI/ML modeling, and data-driven consulting deliverables for healthcare clients including public sector organizations, insurers, and healthcare providers.
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive machine learning and artificial intelligence models using Python, R, TensorFlow, and PyTorch to support healthcare use cases and decision-making frameworks.
- Analyze, process, and model large-scale healthcare datasets using SQL, relational databases, and cloud-based data environments to extract actionable insights and performance indicators.
- Develop interactive dashboards and data visualization solutions using Tableau, Power BI, and Plotly to communicate analytical findings and support executive-level decision-making.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to build, maintain, and enhance proprietary healthcare analytics platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and data integrity across systems.
- Integrate and interpret healthcare-specific data structures including electronic health records (EHR), ICD, CPT, SNOMED clinical terminologies, and HL7/FHIR standards for interoperability and analysis.
- Support consulting teams in preparing and executing client engagements by applying structured project management methodologies and coordinating cross-functional deliverables.
- Contribute to the development of healthcare analytics assets, reusable models, and knowledge frameworks that strengthen the firm’s innovation portfolio and consulting capabilities.
Experience & skills
- Hold a successfully completed degree in computer science, data analytics, data science, biostatistics, bioinformatics, epidemiology, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Demonstrate at least 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics, data science, business intelligence, or consulting roles involving quantitative and healthcare-related analysis.
- Possess strong programming skills in Python and/or R, with practical experience applying them to data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning workflows.
- Have hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, including model development, training, and evaluation for real-world datasets.
- Be proficient in SQL and experienced in querying, transforming, and analyzing data from relational databases and cloud-based data environments.
- Have experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Plotly to build dashboards and communicate analytical insights effectively.
- Understand healthcare data structures including electronic health records (EHR), clinical terminologies (ICD, CPT, SNOMED), and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).
- Demonstrate strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work on complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Show ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders across technical and non-technical backgrounds.
- Exhibit fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English, with willingness and ability to travel for client and internal engagements within and outside the country.
