Job description
The HR Director - Technology (MENA) is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the people strategy across the UAE and KSA within a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving technology-driven environment. The role involves leading a regional HR team of 9 professionals and owning the full HR lifecycle, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and learning and development. The HR Director acts as a strategic partner to regional and global leadership teams, aligning people strategy with broader business objectives while ensuring operational excellence across all HR disciplines. This position requires building scalable HR structures, frameworks, and governance models in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment. The role also involves driving organisational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives to support market expansion and business growth. Additionally, the HR Director is responsible for ensuring compliance with UAE and KSA labour laws, enhancing employee engagement and culture, and delivering HR operational efficiency. The position demands strong leadership capability, commercial mindset, and the ability to manage change, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver both strategic and hands-on HR solutions.

- Ensure compliance with UAE and KSA labour laws and HR regulatory frameworks while partnering with global centres of excellence to implement best-in-class HR practices.
- Champion organisational culture and employee experience across the MENA region, driving engagement, retention, and alignment with global values while adapting to local market needs.
