Job description
Nabeh, a Master Works subsidiary, sells AI solutions covering computer vision, LLM applications, speech-to-text, data intelligence and low-code AI. This Senior Account Manager role in Riyadh looks after a portfolio of strategic accounts, with revenue and gross margin targets attached. Growth comes from account plans, upselling and cross-selling across products, licenses and services, and new opportunities inside existing customers. You run the sales cycle from qualification through proposal, negotiation and contract closure. Qualification is taken seriously here. Budget, authority and timelines are checked before resources are committed, and customized POCs need a business case, agreed success criteria and internal approval before they start. Retention matters just as much, through regular account reviews, proactive renewals and close work with Customer Success, Support and Delivery. CRM records and forecasts need to stay accurate, with clear next steps and risks on every opportunity. Expect to bring 5 to 8 years of enterprise technology sales or account management, ideally selling AI, SaaS, cloud or data analytics solutions.
