Job description
The Sales Executive – Fitness & Nutrition at GMG in the UAE is responsible for managing all sales activities within the fitness and nutrition category. This includes lead generation, implementing business marketing and sales plans, identifying potential customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the optimization and profitability of the business unit. The role involves client visits to take orders, confirming deliveries, monitoring stock levels, and promoting products to new and existing clients. The executive maintains accurate records, prepares sales reports, coordinates with the Legal department for contracts, ensures compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, and provides guidance on product developments and promotions. The position requires networking at sales events, building qualified customer databases, and managing all logistics and receivables related to sales operations.

Key responsibilities
- Manage all sales activities including lead generation and implementation of business marketing and sales plans
- Identify potential customers and achieve sales targets aligned with long-term goals
- Monitor day-to-day sales operations, including client visits, negotiations, and competitive package design
- Record progress of enquiries and prepare regular sales reports, including trends and forecasted sales
- Promote business to new and existing clients and secure repeat business through networking
- Advise customers on product developments and special promotions
- Develop a database of qualified leads and identify new customer accounts
- Prepare and support contracting activities such as purchase agreements and contracts with Legal coordination
- Maintain all related sales documents ensuring regulatory and organizational compliance
- Coordinate logistics related to sales orders and delivery, and ensure timely collection of receivables
Experience & skills
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the nutrition category
- Background in Fitness & Nutrition or Pharma sector
- Excellent communication and selling skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and business development activities
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Proficiency in handling sales operations, documentation, and compliance
- Capability to work across multiple locations (Sharjah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi)
