Job description
The Reception Manager at Wavehouse, Atlantis, The Palm, is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing the front-of-house operations, and acting as a brand ambassador. The role focuses on creating memorable experiences for guests, driving repeat business, and coordinating with the restaurant management, marketing, and PR teams.

Key responsibilities
- Deliver five-star guest service and greet guests with warmth and professionalism
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel guests, local residents, and regular patrons
- Act as a sales ambassador, encouraging repeat visits and capturing new business
- Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the restaurant management team
- Assist in building and managing the guest database
- Collaborate with PR and marketing teams to promote special events, initiatives, and promotions
- Lead and supervise front-of-house team members
- Ensure operational standards and service procedures are consistently met
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain an immaculate personal presentation and professional demeanor
Experience & skills
- Minimum 2β3 yearsβ experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or restaurant
- Strong passion for Food & Beverage and guest experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
