Job description
The Talent Acquisition Executive - Education will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across teaching and non-teaching roles within GEMS Education. Reporting to the Team Lead, this role will execute targeted recruitment strategies, partner with internal stakeholders to align on job requirements, and ensure candidates have an excellent experience throughout the process. The position involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and building strong candidate pipelines using diverse recruitment channels such as social media, job boards, referrals, and networking. Additionally, the role includes representing the organization at recruitment events, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and maintaining performance reporting.

Key responsibilities
- Execute targeted recruiting strategies for various teaching and non-teaching positions
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand job requirements and skills
- Manage the recruitment life-cycle including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and checking references
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates using social media, job boards, ATS, referrals, and networking
- Represent the company positively at recruitment events and job fairs
- Work closely with education colleges and universities to attract new graduates or alumni for teaching roles
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on company and global developments to anticipate recruitment needs
- Effectively utilize ATS to track candidates through each stage
- Maintain regular reporting and performance measures against recruitment metrics
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- 3 years of experience within internal Talent Acquisition or a recruitment agency
- Valid UAE Driverās License
- Experience in the education sector is advantageous but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Understanding of candidate experience and commitment to providing high standards
- Willingness to learn and develop through training and feedback
- Ability to use ATS effectively for candidate tracking
- Experience in preparing recruitment reports and metrics
