Job description
The Senior Manager, Cards & Lifestyle Engagement & Partnership Ecosystem at Al-Futtaim Financial Services is responsible for leading the development and execution of exclusive lifestyle engagement strategies and premium partnership ecosystems targeted at Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) and affluent clients. The role focuses on strengthening customer retention, loyalty, and differentiation within the competitive private banking sector through curated experiences and strategic alliances with luxury brands across private aviation, fine dining, luxury fashion, art, travel, and wellness. The position oversees a dedicated engagement and acquisition team, integrates lifestyle offerings across digital and relationship-led touchpoints, collaborates closely with Private Banking, Wealth, CRM, and Marketing teams, and ensures alignment with the bank’s overall client-centered value proposition. The role includes defining and tracking KPIs related to client retention, partner ROI, and campaign engagement, managing budgets and resources, optimizing program effectiveness, and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction while driving measurable business and brand impact.

Key responsibilities
- Design and implement an exclusive lifestyle engagement framework aligned with the UHNW client strategy
- Deliver personalized, high-touch client experiences to enhance emotional connection and lifetime value
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with premium brands across aviation, dining, fashion, art, travel, and wellness sectors
- Lead negotiation, onboarding, and integration of high-value partner offerings and customer privileges
- Collaborate with Private Banking, Wealth, CRM, and Marketing teams to embed lifestyle elements across client journeys
- Represent lifestyle engagement in product design, campaign development, and service enhancement initiatives
- Manage and lead the Lifestyle Partnerships Manager and Brand Alliance Manager
- Define team objectives aligned with client retention, engagement, and partner performance goals
- Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs related to retention, ROI, and engagement effectiveness
- Oversee budget planning, allocation, and resource management to maximize efficiency and impact
- Develop initiatives aligned with strategic goals, loyalty objectives, and community engagement efforts
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Luxury Management with MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in UHNW client engagement, partnership management, or brand strategy within banking, hospitality, or luxury services
- Proven leadership experience managing high-impact programs and external partner ecosystems
- Strong network across the GCC luxury and lifestyle ecosystem
- Deep understanding of UHNW client behavior, privacy expectations, and service standards in financial services
