Job description

The Service Supervisor II – Coiled Tubing is responsible for promoting excellent customer relations at the well site under general supervision, planning and performing job-related calculations, and coordinating the activities of subordinate supervisors, service operators, and operator assistants during equipment rig up, rig down, and preparation. This includes ensuring customer satisfaction, managing data collection and distribution, coordinating equipment clean-up, repair, and preparation for subsequent jobs, and providing input on subordinate performance and on-the-job skills development. The role impacts cost containment, operational efficiency, and profitability, and requires a strong understanding of Halliburton Management System (HMS) standards, work methods, and processes, safety and environmental compliance, and Well Bore schematic analysis. Operators must also analyze computer programs (IWI), adhere to operational procedures, and actively engage in quality improvement processes.
