Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily prospecting activities including cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling
- Generate and manage a pipeline of leads to convert prospects into customers
- Educate clients about health insurance options and Bayzatâs platform benefits
- Tailor product demonstrations and recommendations based on client needs
- Build long-term relationships and deliver high-quality customer experiences
- Meet and exceed defined quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Communicate regularly with prospects and clients via phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings
- Actively use sales data and buyer insights to influence and close deals
- Support Bayzatâs Sales Academy best practices and playbooks
Experience & skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with business stakeholders
- Experience in consultative selling and customer education
