Job description
The Reward & People Analytics Expert in Dubai develops and manages reward strategies and people analytics frameworks to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement. The role combines expertise in compensation and benefits with data-driven insights, connecting people data to business outcomes. The position involves designing compensation structures, grading systems, incentive plans, annual salary benchmarking, and overseeing benefits strategies aligned with the employee value proposition and regional labor regulations. The Expert builds and strengthens HR analytics capabilities, develops dashboards covering workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, DEI, performance, and productivity, and performs predictive workforce modeling. Responsibilities include supporting HR transformation initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, data privacy, and internal policies, and partnering with Finance, Strategy, and HRBPs to deliver actionable insights for decision-making across multi-country Middle Eastern contexts.

- Develop and manage competitive reward frameworks aligned with organizational goals, market benchmarks, and regional regulations
- Design and implement compensation structures, grading systems, and incentive plans to attract and retain top talent
- Lead the annual compensation review, salary benchmarking, and bonus cycle processes
- Partner with business leaders to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across multiple geographies
- Oversee benefits strategy including health, retirement, and recognition programs in compliance with local requirements
- Build and strengthen the organizationās people analytics capability to enable data-driven HR and business decisions
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports covering key workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, DEI, performance, and productivity
- Analyze workforce trends and model future scenarios to inform talent, rewards, and workforce planning decisions
- Provide insights on HR programs, policies, and reward initiatives through statistical and predictive analysis
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders on reward and workforce insights, and manage relationships with external partners and vendors
- Ensure all reward and analytics practices comply with relevant labor laws, data privacy standards, and internal policies
- Support audits and risk reviews related to compensation and people data
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Business, HR, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; Masterās degree preferred
- 5ā8 years of experience in Reward, HR Analytics, or related areas, ideally with consulting exposure (Big Four or similar)
- Proven experience designing and implementing compensation frameworks and analytics solutions across multi-country Middle Eastern contexts
- Strong knowledge of market trends, reward regulations, and labor laws within the GCC
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with statistical modeling is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior executives
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with effective operational delivery
