Job description
Support AD Ports Group’s global expansion strategy by conducting financial and strategic analysis, market research, and investment evaluation for business opportunities across ports, logistics, maritime, and economic zones. Develop financial models, assess investment feasibility, support M&A and joint venture activities, and contribute to regional and country-specific strategies. Provide actionable insights through analytics and reporting to support executive decision-making.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and business feasibility.
- Conduct valuation analysis (DCF, NPV, IRR) and scenario/sensitivity testing for deal viability.
- Perform market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support development of long-term business strategies and regional growth plans.
- Assist in M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships through due diligence and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations, strategy) and external stakeholders (investors, partners, regulators).
- Prepare executive reports, investor presentations, and board materials.
- Track project milestones, financial performance, and key deliverables for ongoing initiatives.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and assess risks related to investments and market conditions.
- Leverage financial databases and analytics tools to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or CFA preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in international business development, corporate finance, consulting, private equity, or banking.
- Experience in market research, financial modeling, investment evaluation, and feasibility studies.
- Knowledge of M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnership processes.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with financial databases and tools such as Bloomberg, FactSet, PitchBook, Capital IQ, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and with external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and understanding of regulatory frameworks.
