As Creative Designer, you will define and execute the brandâs visual identity across digital and physical touchpoints, aligning with Minimalistâs refined design philosophy. The role involves planning and conceptualizing brand collaterals, supporting marketing strategies, and producing a range of creative assets including social media graphics, brochures, presentations, packaging, and event materials. The position requires extensive use of Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, and demands a strong grasp of aesthetics, color theory, and visual storytelling. Youâll maintain a cataloged system for finalized designs and iterations, provide creative input to ensure brand consistency, and contribute to the companyâs continuous growth in the luxury goods space. Key responsibilities
- Plan and conceptualize creative collaterals and brand visuals aligned with Minimalistâs identity.
- Support marketing and branding strategies by ensuring consistent and impactful visual communication across all channels.
- Design, modify, and finalize digital and offline materials including social media graphics, brochures, presentations, packaging, and event assets.
- Maintain a cataloged system of finalized designs, revisions, and iterations for organized retrieval.
- Provide expert creative input and advice on branding, aesthetics, and visual consistency across campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to execute cohesive and high-quality visual outputs.
- Ensure all produced materials adhere to brand standards and design best practices.
Experience & skills
- At least 2, preferably 4 years of experience in Graphic Design for digital and print collaterals.
- Extensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Familiarity with design aesthetics, color theory, and related visual research.
- Possess a diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver visually appealing designs consistent with brand guidelines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative, on-site team environment.
