Job description
The Account Manager β Central Province is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise customers in Saudi Arabia within the IT and cybersecurity domain. The role focuses on generating revenue through new customer acquisition and account expansion, establishing long-term relationships with key decision makers, understanding business objectives and technical environments, and positioning cybersecurity solutions that address IT and business priorities. The position requires collaboration with pre-sales, technical specialists, marketing, and regional leadership, maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account plans using CRM tools, while staying informed on cybersecurity trends, customer needs, and competitive developments. The role also involves participation in industry events and customer engagements to strengthen market presence and credibility.

- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts
- Establish long-term, trusted relationships with key decision makers and influencers
- Gain a deep understanding of customer business objectives, technology environments, and security challenges
- Position appropriate solutions and services to support customer IT and cybersecurity strategies
- Identify, qualify, and progress new sales opportunities through the full sales cycle
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including pre-sales, technical specialists, marketing, and regional leadership
- Maintain clear ownership of pipeline, forecasts, and account plans using CRM tools
- Stay current on cybersecurity trends, customer needs, and competitive market developments
- Participate in industry events and customer engagements as required
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer activity and opportunities
Experience & skills
- 5+ yearsβ experience in sales or account management within IT and/or cybersecurity vendors or solution providers
- Experience selling into Oil & Gas, Government, BFSI, or large commercial organizations
- Demonstrated ability to engage with senior and C-level stakeholders
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT, networking, and cybersecurity solutions
- Exposure to cloud and virtualized environments preferred
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales and complex deal cycles
- Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
