Job description
The Specialist β Endpoint Management role at Core42 in Abu Dhabi is responsible for the design, deployment, administration, and lifecycle management of enterprise endpoint platforms across hybrid environments, with primary ownership of JAMF and Ivanti and additional coverage of Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM. The role ensures secure, reliable, and compliant endpoint operations, including software distribution, patching, configuration management, and device posture enforcement, with a strong emphasis on automation, reporting, and operational excellence. The position involves architecting and administering JAMF Pro for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS at scale, operating Ivanti Neurons/EPM for Windows and macOS endpoints, managing Intune and SCCM/MECM workloads, integrating endpoint platforms with identity, security, and cloud services, and maintaining platform health, certificates, and capacity. The role also covers API-driven automation, monitoring, reporting, CMDB integration, audit-ready documentation, and ITIL-aligned operational processes within a highly regulated, enterprise technology environment.

Key responsibilities
- Design, configure, and administer JAMF Pro for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS including enrollment, profiles, policies, smart groups, patching, Self Service, scripting, and compliance
- Operate Ivanti Neurons/EPM for software packaging, distribution, patching, configuration, remediation, and reporting across Windows and macOS
- Maintain endpoint platform health including upgrades, certificates, connectors, services, and capacity planning
- Support Microsoft Intune for application lifecycle management, device compliance, configuration profiles, Endpoint Security policies, and co-management
- Support SCCM/MECM site roles including management points, distribution points, SUP/WSUS, application deployments, task sequences, modern provisioning, and ADR-based patching
- Package, test, and deploy applications and updates with ring-based strategies and rollback plans across all endpoint platforms
- Plan and execute monthly patch cycles, monitor compliance, and remediate non-compliant endpoints
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports covering deployment success, compliance drift, vulnerability remediation SLAs, and license utilization
- Perform L2 troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive remediation activities
- Integrate endpoint platforms with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint to enable unified security posture and automated remediation
- Manage Apple Business Manager and Apple School Manager integrations for automated enrollment and app deployment
- Manage Android Enterprise integrations including COPE, COBO, and Work Profile configurations
- Integrate endpoint platforms with Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint for Conditional Access enforcement
- Integrate with Entra ID/Azure AD and on-prem Active Directory including hybrid join, co-management, certificate-based authentication, and Conditional Access signals
- Operate and secure API integrations using Jamf Pro API, Microsoft Graph, and Ivanti APIs to enable automation and data exchange
- Ensure telemetry integration with monitoring and SIEM platforms and maintain accurate CMDB asset and configuration data
- Produce and maintain SOPs and runbooks for packaging, deployment, patching, and incident response
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorβs degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Possess 4β6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise endpoint management
- Demonstrate strong expertise in JAMF Pro including ABM, DEP, VPP, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS management at scale
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Ivanti Neurons/EPM including software distribution, patching, configuration, automation, and reporting
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Intune including device compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment, and Endpoint Security policies
- Demonstrate working knowledge of SCCM/MECM including site health, SUP/WSUS, ADRs, task sequences, and content distribution
- Exhibit strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, bash, and zsh
- Demonstrate experience integrating endpoint platforms with Entra ID/Azure AD, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Demonstrate understanding of endpoint security baselines, certificate management, and least-privilege principles
- Demonstrate experience producing audit-ready documentation and working within ITIL-aligned operational frameworks
- Hold relevant certifications such as Jamf 200/300, Ivanti Neurons/EPM, MD-102, MECM/SCCM, or ITIL v4 Foundation, which are preferred
