Job description
The Business Development Manager – Recruitment Services role at 700Apps is responsible for leading the company’s expansion within the recruitment services sector, with a particular focus on technology and digital transformation industries. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving the growth of recruitment solutions across multiple sectors. The position requires in-depth understanding of recruitment services and recruitment processes, especially within IT and digital domains, and close collaboration with internal recruitment teams to tailor offerings that align with client requirements. The Business Development Manager actively analyzes market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy, prepares and delivers proposals and presentations to prospective clients, and manages client relationships across both public and private sectors. The role carries direct accountability for achieving and exceeding defined sales targets and contributing to the company’s growth-oriented recruitment services portfolio in Saudi Arabia.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the recruitment services portfolio across target industries
- Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders within defined market sectors
- Analyze market trends and industry developments to inform business development strategy and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to tailor recruitment services that meet client needs and expectations
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and sales presentations to prospective recruitment clients
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activity to maintain a competitive market position
- Achieve and exceed sales targets as defined in the business development plan
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within recruitment services or related sectors
- Possess strong knowledge of recruitment processes, particularly in IT and digital sectors
- Show proven ability to develop new business relationships and consistently achieve sales targets
- Be fluent in Arabic and English with strong written and presentation capabilities
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related academic discipline
