The Digital Product Expert – Assets & Trade Finance role operates within a Business Banking digital squad and is responsible for delivering end-to-end digital solutions across asset-based lending and trade finance portfolios. The role collaborates closely with the Product Owner, Agile delivery teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure high-quality project and product delivery aligned with strategic objectives. It involves leading sprint events, managing product backlogs and roadmaps, designing functional specifications, user stories, interfaces, and workflows, and implementing Straight Through Processing solutions to reduce turnaround time. The role focuses on developing comprehensive digital onboarding journeys, integrating APIs with third-party service providers, and leveraging emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Open Banking for onboarding and asset portfolio monitoring. The position requires strong experience in SME Lending and Merchant Finance products, hands-on technical exposure, stakeholder management across regions, and leadership in driving innovation, execution, and digital transformation within a full-time, office-based banking environment.
