Job description

The Learning & Development Specialist at Emirates NBD is responsible for designing and delivering ENBD product and process training to selected employees. The role involves conducting new product and process training, developing high-quality training materials including eLearning modules, participant guides, job aids, and facilitator manuals, and assessing the effectiveness of training content. Responsibilities include coaching team members during on-the-job training (OJT), analyzing performance needs and learning gaps, monitoring performance, setting goals, and driving productivity improvements. The specialist also manages stakeholders through regular reviews and supports central L&D initiatives and projects. Proficiency in ADDIE methodology and banking sales is required, along with fluency in English and Arabic.
