Job description
The Front Office Manager will lead the Front Office team to ensure exceptional guest experiences throughout the guest journey, from check-in to check-out. This role requires a service-oriented leader who can supervise daily operations, train and motivate staff, manage complaints effectively, and uphold the high standards of a 5-star hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure operational tasks in the Front Office are conducted per service standards and procedures
- Coach and train staff on-the-job, providing constructive feedback
- Analyze operations and assign resources effectively
- Conduct shift huddles to ensure seamless communication
- Prevent complaints and manage service recovery when necessary
- Proactively communicate with team members with guest interests as a priority
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards
Experience & skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a 5-star hotel or similar environment
- High school diploma required; College degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
- Strong emotional intelligence and genuine service personality
- Customer-focused mindset with drive for results
- Ability to adapt and remain resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competence in coaching and developing team members
