Key responsibilities

• Develop risk management strategies and an integrated risk management framework within EITC.
• Oversee the design and implementation of risk management frameworks across EITC.
• Provide leadership, vision, and direction for implementation of the risk management framework, policies, and mitigation strategies.
• Develop processes to assess, identify, monitor, and mitigate risks impacting company objectives.
• Ensure timely reporting to the Chief Regulatory & Shared Services Officer on framework implementation.
• Coordinate company risk management efforts, outline risks and controls for senior management, and submit recommendations.
• Report to the Audit Committee and Executive Committee on key risk exposures and emerging risks.
• Foster a risk-aware culture by promoting risk tolerance levels and driving awareness through programs and engagement.
• Assess and enhance the risk management ecosystem including budget, resources, tools, systems, and reporting mechanisms.
