Job description
Bupa CareConnect's Medical Division sets the quality, patient safety and clinical risk agenda, and this Manager in Jeddah turns it into programmes that work across the care delivery system. Clinical and non-clinical risks to patients, caregivers and staff are identified, assessed and mitigated, with evidence-based practice used to reduce adverse events and preventable harm. Physicians, nurses and allied health professionals work with you on clinical quality indicators, and the Quality Management System and its documentation are kept aligned with national and international standards. Internal and external audits cover clinical quality, patient safety, clinical governance, patient experience and credentialing files, with corrective actions followed through. RCA, FMEA and HVA are facilitated for new or redesigned services, and event reports feed trend analysis and process changes. Accreditation readiness for CBAHI, JCI and MOH visits is a major thread, from gap assessments to post-survey action plans. Dashboards and reports go to committees, leadership and regulators, and patient safety culture survey work is coordinated with the Saudi Patient Safety Center. Training on quality methods, patient safety, risk tools and accreditation standards helps embed these principles in daily practice. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in medicine, a professional quality licence or certification, at least six years in quality, risk, patient safety and accreditation management in healthcare, and professional working proficiency in English and Arabic.
