Freshness, quality, and complete fulfillment of online orders are what this Fulfillment Team Leader role at MAF Retail's Hypermarket UAE operation exists to protect. You manage daily e-commerce fulfillment operations, covering picking, packing, and handover to the last-mile team. Coordination runs across operations, commercial, IT, customer service, and last-mile delivery functions, keeping every part of the chain moving smoothly. Dark store organization, stock adequacy, cleanliness, and cold-chain and goods segregation standards all fall under your maintenance. On-time dispatch, accurate delivery quantities, proper packing, and quality control need guaranteeing throughout, since damages and losses get prevented at this stage or not at all. Logistics, operational, and system process challenges get identified, evaluated, and resolved as they come up. Performance management, attendance monitoring, and disciplinary actions get implemented in line with company standards. Team capabilities grow through mentoring, on-the-job training, and coordination with HC on training needs and staffing adequacy.
