The Public Relations Specialist at Saudi Aramco Entrepreneurship Center (Waâed) is responsible for executing and maintaining the organizationâs media relations, social media presence, press activities, and event strategies in alignment with the corporate communications and PR plan. The role serves as a key contributor to the annual PR strategy and works closely with the PR and Communications team to support ongoing strategic initiatives that enhance brand visibility and corporate reputation. The specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of PR and marketing activities using various platforms and tools to ensure alignment with brand objectives. The role coordinates with digital advertising and design agencies to manage promotional campaigns across multiple media channels, including scheduling, logistics, and campaign execution. Responsibilities include monitoring media for relevant events, managing participation in workshops, conferences, and speaking engagements, and liaising with internal divisions for coordination. The role supports the creation of digital content including social media posts, newsletters, and articles focused on entrepreneurship, while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines through collaboration with external designers. The specialist also coordinates sponsorship opportunities, develops press releases and presentations, and maintains strong relationships with media partners and stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves developing targeted media campaigns to enhance brand recognition, responding to media inquiries, tracking industry trends, and identifying collaboration opportunities. The position requires generation of media coverage reports and PR performance reports, along with continuous improvement of PR processes and procedures. The Public Relations Specialist plays a key role in strengthening Waâedâs media presence and ensuring consistent and effective communication across all channels.

- Support execution of Waâedâs PR and marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility through media relations, social media, and communication tools
- Coordinate with digital advertising and design agencies to plan, schedule, and execute promotional campaigns across multiple media channels
- Monitor media landscape and identify relevant events such as workshops, conferences, and speaking engagements for organizational participation
- Support creation of digital content including social media posts, newsletters, and entrepreneurship-related articles in alignment with brand guidelines
- Coordinate public relations activities including sponsorship management, press release development, and stakeholder communication
- Develop and implement targeted media campaigns to strengthen brand recognition and corporate reputation
- Respond to media inquiries and maintain professional communication with journalists, media representatives, and external stakeholders
- Generate media coverage reports and PR performance reports to support management decision-making and communications strategy
- Review PR policies and procedures regularly and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Track industry trends and identify opportunities for media collaboration and increased brand engagement
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorâs degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field
- Demonstrate at least 4+ years of experience in communications, PR, or marketing roles within agencies or corporate environments
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Demonstrate strong experience in media relations, press release writing, and public relations campaign execution
- Show ability to coordinate with agencies, stakeholders, and internal departments for communications activities
- Demonstrate strong presentation skills for stakeholder engagement, networking, and partnership discussions
- Exhibit proactivity in developing innovative PR initiatives and improving communication processes
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing communication strategies and campaigns
