Job description
Turner & Townsend’s AMCL team is seeking a Senior/Principal Consultant – Asset Management to join its growing KSA practice in Jeddah. This role will focus on delivering consultancy and transformation projects for aviation infrastructure, including implementing an Asset Management System (AMS) and achieving ISO 55001 certification. The successful candidate will advise senior stakeholders, lead client engagements, manage consulting teams, and provide subject matter expertise in asset lifecycle management. The role offers the chance to work on a flagship aviation transformation project in Saudi Arabia, shaping the future of airport asset management while being part of a global team of asset management thought leaders.

Key responsibilities
- Lead high-profile client engagements with responsibility for technical delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction
- Manage consulting teams to deliver AMS transformation projects
- Advise senior executives on asset management strategies and capability development
- Develop and implement AMS documentation, governance frameworks, and lifecycle processes
- Support clients in achieving ISO 55001 certification
- Provide subject matter expertise in operations, maintenance, risk, and investment planning
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and capability assessments
- Deliver knowledge transfer and training to enhance client asset management maturity
- Advise on airport FM best practices and asset lifecycle optimization
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
Experience & skills
- Proven track record in asset management consulting, ideally within aviation infrastructure or large-scale advisory projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance (Master’s preferred)
- Strong experience in asset management system development and ISO 55001 certification projects
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with on-time, on-budget delivery
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English (Arabic desirable)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Commercial awareness with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Willingness to travel for client engagements across the region
