Properties move from construction into operation through this role at KAIZEN Asset Management Services, and getting that transition right is the entire point of the position. You sit between contractors, project managers and clients, coordinating each handover for residential and commercial properties so nothing slips past deadline. Every project gets checked against its original specifications and client requirements before anyone signs off on it. Documentation follows close behind, and you prepare manuals, warranties and maintenance schedules that property teams will rely on afterward. Inspections happen ahead of each handover, catching issues early enough to resolve them before they become client complaints. Training rounds out the process too, walking clients and property management teams through operational procedures and how the facility actually works. Departments across the business get pulled together to confirm systems are functional and services are active before a handover goes ahead. Client feedback closes the loop, feeding directly into how the handover process gets refined over time.
