Job description
Accenture is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Capture Senior Manager to join its Resources Client Group, based in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on sales growth in the Energy, Utilities, and Oil & Gas sectors across the UAE and Middle East. As a subject matter expert and strategic advisor, you will lead large sales pursuits, originate new opportunities, negotiate and close complex deals, and deliver innovative, transformative solutions tailored to client needs. Success in this position requires industry depth, advanced sales process knowledge, and strong stakeholder influence capabilities to drive client engagement and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities
- Drive qualification and shaping of large, complex sales opportunities in the Resources industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in sales pursuits.
- Utilize deep sales process skills to enhance client engagement and sales outcomes.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals to support Accentureās growth strategy.
- Apply Accentureās High Performance Selling Framework and Deal Shaping principles.
- Originate new sales opportunities through strategic engagement with key industry stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and client decision-makers.
- Provide innovative solutions to client challenges across digital transformation, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
- Act as a trusted advisor to influence business decisions across internal and client teams.
Experience & skills
- Senior-level sales and business development experience, ideally 10+ years.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals in the Resources sector (Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas).
- Deep industry expertise and consultative sales approach.
- Experience working in or with large consulting firms or enterprise clients.
- Strong negotiation and strategic sales planning skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with delivery, strategy, and technical teams.
- Excellent client relationship-building and executive communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital, sustainability, and operational consulting solutions.
