Job description
The Event Manager (Freelance) - Live Event Production (Candlelight Concerts) at Fever Originals in Dammam is responsible for supporting the Project Manager in delivering high-quality live entertainment experiences as part of the global Candlelight concert series. The role involves acting as the main production-side point of contact, managing third-party vendors, and overseeing the execution, development, and production of creative deliverables. Responsibilities span the full event lifecycle including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up. The role requires creating production timelines, ensuring adherence to schedules, managing budgets, and tracking inventory, supplies, printing needs, and guest lists. The manager ensures staff are trained for duties such as ticket validation, guest seating, and venue setup including candle arrangements. The role also includes reporting weekly updates to Project Managers, conducting venue walk-throughs, managing multiple productions simultaneously, researching vendors, technologies, and experiences, securing event permits, meeting insurance requirements, and handling administrative duties such as expense reporting, invoicing, and contract coordination with legal teams. The position requires understanding technical production requirements, fabrication processes, permitting processes, and leveraging data-driven insights to scale Fever Original IPs and deliver compelling event experiences in a fast-paced, data-driven entertainment environment.

Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end event production including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up
- Create and manage production timelines ensuring teams adhere to schedules and deadlines
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to execute event deliverables
- Train and oversee event staff for ticket validation, guest seating, and venue setup including candle arrangements
- Manage inventory, supplies, printing requirements, and guest lists for events
- Report weekly event status updates including pre-event planning and post-event feedback to Project Managers
- Conduct venue evaluations and assist with walk-throughs of potential event locations
- Manage multiple event productions and scale Fever Original IPs in line with targets
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost control across productions
- Research and onboard new vendors, technologies, and event experiences
- Secure event permits and ensure compliance with insurance requirements
- Handle administrative tasks including expense reporting, invoicing, and contract coordination with legal teams
Experience & skills
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in event production industry and event management
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Experience leading on-site event teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate various aspects of event production
- Strong network of vendors and venues
- Understanding of technical production requirements
- Basic knowledge of fabrication processes and permitting processes
- Experience in data analysis related to event performance
- Ability to communicate with partners, brands, agencies, and talent
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver events within financial constraints
