Job description
As a People Partner at Revolut, you will join the People team responsible for delivering a world-class employee experience. You will drive strategic HR initiatives, provide expert advice to stakeholders, and ensure operational excellence through data-driven, scalable, and compliant HR practices. This role involves managing performance processes, supporting organizational change, and developing policies that empower our people to succeed in a high-growth, dynamic fintech environment. You'll partner across functions and geographies, ensuring that Revolutās values and culture are reflected in every employee interaction.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor for business stakeholders, offering HR expertise, guidance, and coaching
- Identify and address organizational people-related challenges proactively
- Implement scalable and automated HR operations in collaboration with Central HR teams
- Lead performance management discussions and oversee disciplinary procedures
- Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures ensuring legal compliance
- Monitor and improve employee experience across touchpoints from onboarding to daily engagement
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR practices with organizational goals
- Manage change initiatives and help stakeholders navigate organizational transformation
- Coach line managers on employee development, feedback, and performance improvement
- Ensure risk management and compliance across HR operations in line with local regulations
Experience & skills
- Demonstrable experience in reviewing and developing HR policies and procedures
- Logical and analytical thinking and strong project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration capabilities
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Process- and data-driven approach to HR operations
- Results- and numbers-oriented working style
- Extensive knowledge of UAE labour laws
- Fluency in English
- Experience in large organizations with regional operating models is preferred
- Knowledge of internal control testing and risk assessment is a plus
- Storytelling and influence through communication are desirable traits
