Job description
The Marketing Product Analyst is an entry-level role responsible for supporting the development and execution of product marketing strategies in coordination with the Product Management team. The role focuses on assisting with product plans, marketing programs, and go-to-market initiatives to help increase market share, strengthen competitive positioning, and enhance client engagement. The Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans across product, brand, acquisition, retention, and customer experience initiatives. Responsibilities include market research, competitor analysis, product lifecycle support, and contributing to client value proposition development. The role also requires a strong understanding of risk awareness, compliance with regulations, and ethical decision-making to safeguard the organization and its clients.

Key responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management to monitor and support strategic marketing programs, product launches, and roadmap initiatives to maximize product performance and client value.
- Assist in deploying profitable marketing strategies and growth initiatives aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Support the execution of integrated marketing plans covering product positioning, branding, acquisition, engagement, and retention activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to maintain up-to-date market intelligence and identify innovation opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of client value propositions, segmentation strategies, pricing models, targeting approaches, and channel strategies.
- Assist in managing aspects of the product lifecycle, including market demand analysis, technology trends, competitive landscape, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of client-facing marketing solutions.
- Provide input into project plans and marketing initiatives impacting the broader product marketing function within the region.
- Monitor program performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements to enhance brand preference and client engagement.
- Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards, and escalate issues where necessary.
Experience & skills
- UAE National.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university qualification.
- Relevant internship or work experience in marketing, product management, or financial services is preferred.
- Working knowledge of product management, program management, and marketing tools and methodologies.
- Understanding of business processes and the ability to leverage internal and external resources effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Client-centric mindset with the ability to shape solutions around customer needs.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and contribute positively within a cross-functional environment.
