Job description
Deutsche Bank in Riyadh is hiring a Know Your Client (KYC) Analyst at the AVP level to support its Investment and Corporate Banking operations. This role is responsible for ensuring clients are onboarded and reviewed in accordance with Deutsche Bankās AML, AFC, and KYC regulatory standards. The role requires expertise in policy compliance, documentation review, and client coordination while operating under strict procedural adherence. Candidates should have strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills to manage escalations, ensure governance, and facilitate operational efficiency.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert for KYC in investment and corporate banking
- Manage KYC onboarding, regular reviews, and event-driven reviews for clients
- Collect and validate KYC/AML documentation in line with local and global requirements
- Coordinate across departments including Business, AFC, and offshore teams to complete KYC processes
- Implement and document updated KYC policies and procedures
- Support business teams in resolving escalated issues relating to client onboarding
- Maintain and improve quality and productivity levels across the KYC function
- Align with the Bankās strategic goals and uphold its values in daily operations
- Act as a key contact point for stakeholders on KYC process updates and escalations
Experience & skills
- In-depth knowledge of KYC processes and AML standards
- Experience with client onboarding and documentation management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Comfort working within global, virtual, and matrixed environments
- Ability to interpret regulatory frameworks and internal policy changes
- Clear client service focus and risk management acumen
- Experience in banking or financial services, ideally in KYC/AML teams
- Proficiency in stakeholder coordination across global teams
