Job description
Wealth Management at ADIB answers to CBUAE, SCA and Shariah requirements, and this manager at the bank's Abu Dhabi headquarters keeps the business compliant and its controls sound. Controls and processes are designed and maintained for every regulatory obligation, and new requirements are rolled out across WM with Compliance, Governance, HR and frontline teams. Compliance, Shariah, ORM, CPR and BORM all deal with you as WM's main internal contact. Regulatory gap analyses drive process updates, whether triggered by new rules, business change or annual review. Audit actions, internal and external, are tracked to closure, and Internal Audit reviews get your support. New products go through you to confirm documentation, approvals and processes meet regulation before launch. Regulatory engagement and periodic reporting to CBUAE, SCA and others are coordinated, alongside governance reporting to senior management. RCSA, KRIs and MIS are maintained and improved, and digitalisation and automation projects make controls and reporting more efficient. Escalated issues and BRCC action items are resolved, and the WM Middle Office is coached on control execution. Strong knowledge of internal controls, operational functions and complaints resolution is expected.
