The Associate Manager - Business Cycle (Manager - Business Cycle) at Majid Al Futtaim Retail in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is responsible for assisting in the management of business operations and related policies and processes within the assigned retail store environment. The role supports alignment of store operations with company objectives through business cycle governance, operational reporting, and policy implementation. The position involves ensuring accuracy of business cycle reports and maintaining filing according to standard procedures, implementing policies and procedures aligned with strategic objectives, and identifying areas for operational improvement. The role includes preparing daily indicator reports, maintaining monthly reports of key business indicators, identifying operational risks, and implementing plans to ensure risk-averse business operations. The Associate Manager supports operational audits including warehouse and selling area audits, waste management audits, internal sales audits, and returned items audits, and develops corrective action plans where required. The role is responsible for implementing security and safety procedures to protect company data confidentiality and operational integrity, supporting periodic audits, and ensuring compliance with operational standards and governance frameworks. The position contributes to business performance monitoring, operational reporting, audit support, and risk management activities within the retail environment while supporting management in ensuring efficient and compliant store operations aligned with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of business cycle reports and maintain filing according to standard procedures
- Implement policies and procedures aligned with company strategy at store level and recommend operational improvements
- Provide reports on future risks and implement plans to ensure risk-averse business operations
- Implement security and safety procedures to protect company data and confidentiality
- Prepare daily indicator reports and communicate them to concerned stakeholders
- Develop and maintain monthly reports of key business indicators and propose corrective measures
- Assist with periodic audits of warehouse and selling areas and develop action plans
- Support audits related to waste management, internal sales, and returned items
- Supervise alignment of store operations with company objectives and operational policies
- Support operational governance and compliance within retail store environment
Experience & skills
- Hold Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commerce, Business Management or equivalent
- Possess minimum 5 years of experience in relevant business cycle or operations role
- Demonstrate experience in retail industry environment preferred
- Demonstrate experience in business reporting, operational monitoring, and audit coordination
- Apply knowledge of operational risk management and corrective action planning
- Demonstrate experience in policy implementation and compliance monitoring
- Possess strong problem-solving capability and detail-oriented operational oversight
- Demonstrate experience supporting warehouse and store audits
- Apply knowledge of business indicators tracking and reporting
- Demonstrate strong organizational and operational coordination skills
