Job description
Lean Technologies is hiring a Sales & Business Development Executive in Riyadh to support its expansion in the Saudi fintech market. This role is ideal for a driven, tech-savvy sales professional who is eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment. You will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and ensure smooth handoffs to the integration and customer success teams. With Leanās rapidly growing presence in open banking across MENA, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence product development, expand strategic partnerships, and play a key role in shaping the future of financial innovation in the region.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Generate new revenue in the KSA market by selling Leanās open banking products
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers across client organizations
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual sales targets
- Conduct product demos and tailor pitches to various customer segments
- Collaborate with product teams to provide market feedback and influence product development
- Coordinate post-sale handoffs with implementation and customer success teams
- Measure performance using CRM tools and contribute to defining sales best practices
- Report on key sales metrics and market feedback to leadership
Experience & skills
- 2+ years of experience selling SaaS or fintech solutions
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales approaches
- Passion for technology, fintech, and innovation
- Experience in enterprise sales is a plus
- Knowledge of the Saudi fintech market and a relevant local network is preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
