Job description
The Manager, SOC / NOC Services role in Kuwait City is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling Security Operations Center (SOC) and Network Operations Center (NOC) functions to ensure infrastructure availability and protection of customer environments. The position oversees security event monitoring, incident identification, assessment, mitigation, and escalation, while ensuring compliance with customer SLAs for B2B services. The role serves as the primary escalation point for SOC operational incidents and collaborates with internal and third-party teams to guarantee seamless service delivery. The Manager leads threat management initiatives including threat modelling, use case development for security monitoring, and cyber intelligence activities. Responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing SOC operational processes and procedures, reviewing policies, addressing SLA challenges, and driving continuous improvement. The position also involves team leadership, workload scheduling, coaching, and identifying training needs to optimize team performance. Additionally, the role supports pre-sales and sales activities through solution design, effort and pricing calculations, bill of quantities preparation, and business case development. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with security products, SIEM tools, ITIL practices, and ICT networks, along with excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Experience & skills
- BE in Computer and Communications Engineering or equivalent
- Security certifications (mandatory)
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in ICT (networks, security, etc.)
- Strong hands-on experience with security products and SIEM tools
- Good knowledge of ITIL framework
- Systematic and process-oriented approach
- Strong customer and partner relationship skills
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
