Pharmaceuticals, MedTech and BioTechnology are where Oliver Wyman's Health and Life Sciences practice in Dubai is growing fastest, and this Associate hire supports that expansion. Clients span payer, provider, digital health and life sciences, with work centred on commercial strategy, digital & technology and operations improvement. Individual project workstreams are yours to run, from developing hypotheses to managing data collection, model creation and analysis. Primary and secondary research fill the gaps, and information limitations call for creative workarounds. Findings end up in written presentations that you review and discuss with clients and other stakeholders. Engagement Managers and Principals form your reporting line, while consultants on the team look to you for coaching. Most successful candidates have 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, plus prior exposure to health-related topics. An MD or other clinical degree is a plus but not required. Fluent English and a willingness to travel are both needed, with Arabic preferred.
