Job description
Manage a designated subsection of Transguard Security Services (TGSS) within Retail and Hospitality by leading day-to-day operations (customer meetings, site visits, security staff issues, mobile/remote work) while fulfilling company procedures and administrative requirements (admin tasks, invoicing, trackers). Act as the bridge between management and site teams to deliver outstanding customer service and meet KPI, SLA, and SOP targets. Responsibilities include maintaining continuous improvement logs that translate into cost savings; supporting financial elements and responding to site staff financial queries; supporting departmental goals and objectives; responding to customer queries within agreed timelines; maintaining high standards while operating TGSS vehicles in line with UAE driving regulations; supporting Operations Center activities to ensure top response times and service levels; owning BU-specific trackers and day-to-day admin (T&A, payroll, equipment audit trackers); interfacing with the SOC and auditing contract performance; highlighting issues and coordinating rectification with SOC and contract management; implementing and maintaining operational procedures and administrative policies; overseeing site team delivery to client requirements; conducting and ensuring Toolbox Talks (TBT) are completed; collating and referencing disciplinary and incident records; reporting site-specific improvements and achieving CI targets. Selection criteria include 5 years relevant experience, Bachelorās degree, Security Services background, and a valid UAE driving license.

Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for an allocated TGSS subsection across retail and hospitality sites, meeting customers and resolving security staff issues
- Maintain BU-specific trackers and administrative requirements including T&A, payroll coordination, and equipment audit trackers
- Support invoicing processes and respond to site staff financial queries as directed by the wider operations team
- Interface regularly with the SOC to support management and control processes and audit contract performance on site
- Respond to customer queries within KPI/SLA/SOP timelines and strive to exceed client expectations
- Conduct site visits, ensure standards are adhered to, highlight issues, and assist in rectification within specified timeframes
- Support implementation and maintenance of operational procedures and administrative policies aligned to divisional needs
- Oversee site team performance to ensure all client requirements are met; conduct or ensure completion of Toolbox Talks (TBT)
- Collate, reference, and maintain records for disciplinary actions and incident reports
- Drive continuous improvement by logging and reporting site-specific enhancements and achieving CI targets
- Operate TGSS vehicles safely, adhering to UAE driving rules and regulations while maintaining high standards on the road
- Support and participate in the development and implementation of departmental goals and objectives
- Assist Operations Center activities to assure high response times and customer service levels are achieved

- Valid UAE driving license
