Job description
The Senior Business Development Specialist role at Nabeh, a subsidiary of Master-Works, serves as a strategic bridge between clients, technical teams, and sales, ensuring AI and digital solutions are both technically feasible and commercially compelling. The role focuses on analyzing client business requirements, identifying and positioning appropriate AI and digital solutions across different industries and business models, and defining high-impact use cases that demonstrate clear value and differentiation. The position works closely with technical teams to drive rapid and high-quality proof-of-concept execution, translating business needs into technical specifications and technical outputs into measurable business outcomes. The role supports market analysis, identifies new growth and partnership opportunities, assists sales teams with solution demonstrations and technical presentations, ensures opportunities are validated and smoothly transitioned for deal closure, and stays current with AI technologies, market trends, and competitive offerings.

Key responsibilities
- Analyze client business requirements and identify suitable AI and digital solutions to address operational and strategic challenges
- Position AI and digital solutions according to client industry, sector-specific needs, and business models
- Define and develop solution use cases that clearly articulate value, differentiation, and business impact
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth, rapid, and high-quality proof-of-concept execution
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and convert technical outputs into business value narratives
- Support market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth, partnerships, and expansion
- Assist sales teams with solution demonstrations, technical presentations, and client discussions
- Ensure opportunities are clearly defined, validated, and transitioned effectively to sales for deal closure
- Monitor AI technology trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to inform positioning strategies
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline
- Demonstrate a minimum of five years of experience in business development, technical sales, solution engineering, or similar roles
- Apply strong understanding of AI technologies including large language models, computer vision, and speech recognition
- Demonstrate proven experience managing technical proofs of concept and translating technical capabilities into business outcomes
- Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively across business, product, sales, and technical teams
