Job description
The Projects Manager β Systems Integration in Dubai oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of security system projects, including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, gate barriers, and integrated security solutions. Responsible for managing Engineering and Civils teams, coordinating with clients, internal departments, and third-party vendors, the role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key responsibilities include financial management (P&L, budgets, forecasts, and working capital), project planning and scheduling, risk identification, resource allocation, invoice tracking, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. The role requires regular communication with clients and stakeholders, managing client expectations, attending site and project meetings, and ensuring alignment with Transguard standards. The Projects Manager also drives operational excellence through process standardization, workflow improvement, and adoption of the latest security technologies. Travel to client sites and project locations is required, as is flexibility to work outside normal business hours and in varied site conditions including construction areas.

- Manage Engineering and Civils teams, assigning tasks, establishing timelines, and monitoring progress to meet project milestones
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure high-quality project delivery
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk management strategies
- Monitor project spend, track invoices and payments, and provide updates on P&L, budgets, forecasts, and working capital to leadership
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations, communicating status, risks, and issues, and handling changes in project scope
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, records, and KPIs, ensuring accessibility for stakeholders
- Identify process inefficiencies and bottlenecks, implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and project effectiveness
- Stay updated with industry trends, security technologies, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Travel to client sites and project locations as needed, and work flexible hours depending on project demands
Experience & skills
- Bachelorβs degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 yearsβ experience managing security system projects including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, gate barriers, and integrated solutions
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Strong understanding of security system hardware and software components, industry standards, and regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders; Arabic language proficiency preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve project issues
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office applications
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve results and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive client relationships and manage expectations
- Flexibility to travel to client sites and work outside of regular business hours as required
- Ability to work in various environments including construction sites, which may require standing, walking, and lifting moderate loads
