The Digital Marketing Associate – UAE National is responsible for executing full-funnel digital marketing campaigns within Deliveroo’s UAE Marketing team, shaping consumer engagement through data-driven storytelling and digital strategies. Based in Dubai - Main Office, the role manages end-to-end execution of campaigns across YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and local publishers, ensuring consistent Deliveroo brand representation across all digital touchpoints. The position blends creative thinking with technical media planning and rigorous performance analysis, developing detailed media plans and schedules, deploying creative assets efficiently, and ensuring delivery against defined performance KPIs. The role requires building and maintaining comprehensive ROI reporting frameworks, tracking key metrics, and translating complex data analysis into actionable strategic recommendations. The associate collaborates with brand and platform teams to drive social media strategy, share global best practices, and incorporate local insights within the UAE media landscape. Responsibilities also include conducting market intelligence activities by monitoring emerging digital tools and local media trends to maintain a competitive edge in the evolving UAE environment. The role demands high standards in Arabic and English copywriting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality visual design execution across all digital campaigns. This position is exclusively open to UAE Nationals as part of Deliveroo’s Emiratisation initiative and requires valid UAE Passport and Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid).

Key responsibilities
- Manage full-funnel campaign management by overseeing day-to-day digital marketing operations across YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and local publishers, ensuring consistent brand representation and alignment with defined KPI tracking metrics.
- Develop and execute comprehensive media planning strategies, including media scheduling, asset deployment, and performance optimisation to ensure campaigns achieve targeted ROI and business growth objectives.
- Build and maintain detailed ROI reporting dashboards by conducting structured data analysis, tracking key metrics, and translating performance insights into actionable strategic recommendations for continuous campaign improvement.
- Collaborate with brand and platform teams to drive social media strategy innovation, integrate global best practices, and incorporate local UAE market insights into digital campaign execution plans.
- Monitor emerging digital tools, media technologies, and shifts within the local media landscape analysis framework to ensure Deliveroo maintains a competitive advantage in the UAE market.
- Ensure excellence in Arabic copywriting and English copywriting across all campaign materials, maintaining high standards of visual design and consistency across digital touchpoints.
- Execute performance analysis across campaigns using structured KPI tracking methodologies, optimising audience targeting, media allocation, and creative effectiveness to maximise return on investment.
- Support Deliveroo’s Emiratisation objectives by contributing to locally relevant marketing initiatives that align with UAE cultural dynamics and broader diversity, equity, and inclusion commitments.
Experience & skills
- Hold UAE National status with valid UAE Passport and Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid) as documentation requirement under the Emiratisation initiative.
- Possess 1–2 years of professional experience in Digital marketing or Media management with demonstrated exposure to full-funnel campaign management and multi-platform execution.
- Maintain professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken), enabling high-quality Arabic copywriting, English copywriting, and bilingual campaign execution.
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge in media planning, media scheduling, KPI tracking, and ROI reporting within the UAE local media landscape.
- Apply structured data analysis and performance analysis methodologies to evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimise digital spend, and drive measurable growth outcomes.
- Exhibit hands-on experience managing campaigns across YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and local publishers, ensuring accurate asset deployment and performance monitoring.
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field supporting foundational knowledge in digital marketing strategy and media management.
- Demonstrate a test-and-learn mindset with adaptability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment, leveraging digital tools monitoring and market intelligence to continuously refine campaign strategies.
