The Senior Recruitment Manager role based in Dubai, UAE is responsible for leading global talent acquisition strategies for a fast-growing international organization operating across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. The position focuses on building scalable recruitment frameworks to support business expansion across manufacturing, trading, supply chain, and logistics functions. The Senior Recruitment Manager leads end-to-end recruitment processes, develops global talent pipelines, and partners with senior leadership to align hiring strategies with business objectives. The role involves managing multi-region hiring initiatives, implementing innovative sourcing strategies, and ensuring delivery against key recruitment metrics. The position also includes leading and mentoring recruitment teams, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and international hiring standards. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and experience managing cross-border hiring programs in fast-paced global environments.

- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and workforce planning experience
