Job description
Rotating shifts across mornings, afternoons, and evenings define the working week for this Assistant Front Office Manager role at Sofitel Jabal Omar Makkah. You step in for the Front Office Manager when needed, using initiative and discretion to take responsibility for the shift and keep things running smoothly. Front Office procedures and Opera PMS form the operational backbone of the job, alongside proven leadership experience within a hotel environment. Guests, your team, and the wider hotel team all draw on your ability to think on your feet and respond to whatever the shift brings. Professional, approachable, people focussed service drives everything here, and training and developing your team sits alongside delivering that service personally. The Accor Live Limitless (ALL) loyalty program needs a strong advocate too, someone proactive about driving results with the team behind it. Strong administrative ability and fluency in written and spoken English round out the day to day, alongside outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. A full, clean driver's license and a current Manager's Certificate are both required to take on the role.
