The Senior Project Manager role is based in Dubai within a leading international interior design and build firm recognized for delivering high-end, technology-driven commercial fit-out projects across the Middle East, including world-class workspaces and Fortune 500 headquarters. This is a high-profile leadership position responsible for managing the full lifecycle of large-scale commercial fit-out projects valued at AED 10M+ from initiation through to zero-snag handover, ensuring precision execution and adherence to global luxury standards. The role acts as a critical bridge between design and technical execution, coordinating closely with clients, international design consultants, landlords such as DIFC and TECOM, and internal multidisciplinary teams. The position requires ownership of project governance, including scheduling, milestones, and delivery timelines, while ensuring compliance with local regulatory frameworks such as Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, and DEWA approval processes. The Senior Project Manager is accountable for commercial management including budget control, procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and monthly valuations to protect margins and ensure financial performance. The role emphasizes enforcing strict quality control standards across MEP and finishing works, maintaining a zero-snag culture throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate is expected to utilize tools such as MS Project and AutoCAD for planning, coordination, and reporting, while preparing technical reports and presenting project updates to C-suite stakeholders. Leadership responsibilities include mentoring and managing site engineers and supervisors, driving accountability, safety, and performance across teams.
