Job description
The FSRA is seeking a Manager – Market Infrastructure to supervise and authorise Markets Firms within ADGM, with a strong focus on AML-related supervision. This role includes monitoring Virtual Asset activities, providing SME support on regulatory matters, and enhancing AML-related supervisory processes in alignment with regional and international standards.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee AML-related licensing and supervision of Markets Firms, including Recognised Bodies and Custodians.
- Manage internal FSRA-AML regulatory relationships and engage with external stakeholders.
- Support Markets Management and FCCPU in mitigating AML-related risks.
- Monitor Virtual Asset AML operational and technology risks across KYC, KYB, COBS 17.5(c), and the Travel Rule.
- Provide SME guidance on AML-related supervisory engagements with Markets Firms.
- Advise senior management on changes in regional and international AML regulations and policy.
- Develop and administer rules, policies, and procedures for AML supervision of Markets Firms.
- Conduct thematic reviews and provide input on AML-related matters.
- Participate in projects and deliver delegated tasks from Senior Manager/Director MI.
- Adhere to ADGM information security policies and maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
Experience & skills
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in AML supervision, particularly related to Markets Firms and Virtual Asset activities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of FSRA AML Rulebook and UAE federal requirements.
- Understanding of Virtual Asset markets, onboarding, KYC, and wallet tracing systems.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
- Fluent in business English; proficiency in Arabic is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree and professional qualification in Law, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
