Job description
The Marketing Coordinator at Snowflake, based in Dubai, supports the META regional marketing function by executing a variety of field-based demand generation activities. The role involves working with the regional manager to manage Snowflake-driven events, third-party industry conferences, digital campaigns, hospitality programs, and direct mailings to build brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales pipeline development. This includes managing event logistics, coordinating with external vendors and internal teams, maintaining campaign calendars, and ensuring alignment with the sales team for all communications and promotional strategies. Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, Excel, WordPress, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps is beneficial. The coordinator must demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment. Arabic language skills are preferred, and the role requires frequent travel across the META region for event support. The position seeks a self-motivated team player with creativity, optimism, and a hands-on mentality.

Key responsibilities
- Support the regional field teams in executing marketing activities including third-party industry conferences, Snowflake events, digital campaigns, hospitality, and direct mailings
- Maintain and update the Snowflake online calendar of events
- Manage logistics and execution of all planned events and digital campaigns
- Coordinate with third-party providers such as local couriers, printing houses, and handle marketing admin tasks
- Ensure direct alignment with sales team for pre and post-event communication, marketing-driven campaigns, and promotional strategy
- Plan and execute campaigns within allocated budget
- Set goals and define performance metrics for each campaign including targeted lead flow
- Manage internal communication between sales and marketing teams
- Support strategic industry events through comprehensive logistics planning
- Represent Snowflake in interactions with partners, vendors, and external service providers
Experience & skills
- Have 1–2 years of experience in events, trade shows, or field marketing
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic preferred)
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Demonstrate experience or familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Excel, and WordPress (preferred)
- Exhibit high proficiency with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Apps
- Have strong project management, time management, and execution skills
- Show excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Be optimistic, approachable, and hands-on in working style
- Demonstrate creativity in messaging and design
- Be willing and able to travel frequently across META region to support field events
