The Senior Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality guest experiences, leading professional dive excursions, coordinating dive training, and maintaining a professional and safe diving environment. The role requires extensive diving experience, PADI instructor certification, operational leadership, and the ability to manage multicultural teams while handling high-end clientele. In addition, the position may support media coverage activities and provide insights for destination marketing when needed.
