Job description
Digital Gold and Digital Silver are likely to be among the first products on the roadmap, followed by savings products, bonds, fractional equities, ETFs, investment funds and tokenized and real-world assets. du Pay, part of the EITC financial services business unit, is building an investment offering for mass-market customers, many of them first-time investors. Although the posting is titled Investment Product Lead, the body refers to the role as Manager, Investment Products, and the remit covers strategy, the multi-year roadmap and delivery. Each proposition needs a business case, product economics, pricing and a build, buy or partner decision. Partnerships carry a lot of weight, with asset managers, banks, brokers, custodians, precious metals providers and tokenization platforms all potential partners whose APIs need evaluating and integrating. Product requirements documents, user stories, acceptance criteria and MVP definitions go to Technology, Engineering and UX teams, and you coordinate testing through to launch. Suitability, investor disclosures, KYC and AML, custody and safeguarding of customer assets have to be built into product design from the start, working with Legal, Compliance and Risk. Success shows up in adoption, assets under management, investment volumes, revenue and retention. Candidates need 5 to 8+ years in product management across fintech, wealthtech, brokerage, asset management or digital financial services, with at least one financial product taken from concept to launch.
