The role focuses on achieving monthly insurance sales targets through proactive customer engagement, financial analysis, and relationship management. The Insurance Specialist is responsible for sourcing prospects, profiling customers, presenting insurance solutions, and ensuring high-quality service across the full customer lifecycle. The job includes training frontline staff to enhance bancassurance performance, resolving insurance-related customer complaints, reducing application errors, and contributing to strong audit outcomes. The role requires consistent prospecting, cross-selling, market awareness, and the ability to deliver superior customer experiences across diverse demographics.

Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly insurance FER / premium and individual sales targets
- Proactively address customer needs and provide financial analysis
- Acquire, develop, and manage customer relationships to grow insurance sales
- Train and support frontline staff to promote insurance products
- Source and prospect customers for wealth and insurance products
- Cross-sell, up-sell, and provide market trend updates
- Ensure superior customer service and strong customer experience
- Profile customers to identify financial needs and suitable solutions
- Retain customers and minimize insurance attrition
- Own and resolve insurance-related customer complaints
- Provide feedback to improve products, processes, and customer journeys
- Maintain strong audit hygiene within bancassurance activities
