Job description
Large enterprises across MENAT rely on AWS Enterprise Support, and this Dubai-based Senior TAM acts as their technical leader and as their voice to AWS product teams. Technical cloud strategies are yours to craft and execute, driving adoption of AWS services across Compute, Storage, Database, Big Data, AI/ML, Networking and Serverless. Keeping customer environments operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity is central to the work. Conversations range from developers to C-suite executives, covering operational excellence, cloud maturity, incidents, trade-offs and risk management. Service disruption reviews, monthly and quarterly metrics and detailed pre-launch planning form a regular rhythm. Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants and Sales Account Managers work alongside you as customers migrate workloads to the cloud. At least 10 years in technical roles involving distributed systems, cloud architecture, software development, infrastructure or platform engineering, Data & Analytics or AI/ML is required, plus experience in a customer-facing technical role. Exposure to EKS, ECS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK, MLOps or GPU-accelerated AI workloads would strengthen your application.
