Job description
Nursing and allied health services across three regions of Mediclinic's IVF operations come under this Nursing Director in Dubai, part of Mediclinic Continuum of Care. Quality care and regulatory compliance sit at the centre of the role, supported by a nursing strategic plan that ties clinical and operational goals together. Patient safety and risk processes are managed actively, and quality data is analysed to keep accreditation standards in place. Workforce planning and resource management have to balance clinical quality with operational efficiency. Budgets, expenses and HR policy application fall under your oversight, along with input to nursing and allied health policy development. Strong relationships with stakeholders support integrated care and patient satisfaction, while supervision, mentoring and coaching build staff competence. Medical-legal processes, disaster management and project management principles are all part of the knowledge base expected. Candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensing as a registered nurse in the UAE and bring at least 5 years of nursing management experience as a Unit Manager or Deputy Nursing Director in an IVF centre, with a master's degree in nursing or healthcare management desired. Preference is given to UAE Nationals under the Emiratization Program.
