Key responsibilities
- Redesign customer support experiences using generative AI to offer smart, seamless, context-aware assistance.
- Own the long-term product vision and roadmap for Ask Careem, prioritizing based on user needs and business impact.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to deliver impactful, user-centered AI products.
- Ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across all verticals including food, groceries, and rides.
- Utilize cutting-edge AI technologies to solve practical problems and enhance everyday customer convenience.
- Define and monitor success metrics such as engagement, satisfaction, retention, and revenue impact.
- Translate user research and behavioral data into actionable features and product improvements.
- Drive product decisions with experimentation and iteration, optimizing based on analytical insights.
- Lead product development from concept to launch and ongoing iteration in a fast-paced environment.
- Build strong alignment across stakeholders by clearly communicating strategy, vision, and impact.
Experience & skills
- 7ā10+ years of product management experience, ideally with 2+ years in AI/ML-powered products.
- Proven success in building and scaling high-impact consumer products, ideally mobile-first.
- Experience working with generative AI, recommendation engines, or personalization tools.
- Strong customer empathy and a history of translating pain points into user-centric solutions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of data-driven product decisions.
- Experience defining product strategy and leading cross-functional teams.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and thriving in a high-growth, fast-paced tech environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Genuine passion for Careemās mission and the impact of AI in emerging markets.
